IRVINE, Calif. Basis100 Inc. has introduced a service aimed at helping mortgage lenders and investors evaluate residential property portfolios.
The service, called PASSport, can be used on portfolios of any size and can give an answer in as little as 24 hours, depending on the location of the properties.
Whether the motive is to ready a pool of loans for sale or tailor a marketing campaign to cross-sell products like home equity loans, PASSPort provides a quick, cost-effective alternative to traditional valuation methods, said Rob Walker, vice president of sales and marketing at Basis100.
