In Brief: Fair, Isaac Reorganizes Its Management

SAN RAFAEL, Calif. - Fair, Isaac & Co., the creator of widely used credit scoring models, said it will reorganize under a leaner executive staff and integrate its domestic and international departments.

The company said two executives are departing: John Woldrich, 57, executive vice president of international, alliances, and analytics, will retire in January; and Ken Rapp, executive vice president of NetSourced services, is to resign effective Sept. 30 to join a smaller company.

Units that previously reported to Mr. Woldrich and Mr. Rapp have been expanded and will report directly to Tom Grudnowski, president and chief executive officer. In the new organization, Cheri St. John will be general manager of global credit bureaus and alliances; Chad Becker, general manager of global financial services; Doug Clare, general manager of global retail; and Mike Gandolfo, general manager of global telecommunications.

Mr. Grudnowski said the moves, which were announced Thursday, will result in faster decision-making.
