In Brief: First Citizens of N.C. Closes Agency Deal

RALEIGH, N.C. --First Citizens Bank said it has closed its deal for Wimbish Insurance Agency of Greensboro, N.C. The price was not disclosed.

The agency is now part of First Citizens' insurance services division, the bank said Friday.

First Citizens Insurance Services is led by Lee Hargrove, senior vice president, and offers a complete range of business and personal insurance products. First Citizens Bank has more than 360 branches in North Carolina, Virginia, and West Virginia and $10.69 billion of assets.
