Federal Reserve Board Chairman Alan Greenspan is scheduled to deliver his semiannual report on monetary policy Feb. 23 before the Senate Banking Committee.

He is slated to repeat the performance Feb. 24 before the House Banking Committee. The 1978 Humphrey-Hawkins law requires the Fed chairman to testify twice yearly before the House and Senate Banking committees.
