in Brief: Hubco Announces Quarterly Payout

MAHWAH, N.J. - Hubco Inc. announced a 15-cent-a-share quarterly dividend, payable on Sept. 1 to stockholders of record as of Aug. 18. Hubco has paid a dividend every year since 1952.

The $1.6 billion-asset Hubco also recently announced its 11th acquisition in the past four years: Urban National Bank. The merger increases the company's branch network to 58 offices.
