In Brief: Huntington Notes Priced By NationsBank Unit

NEW YORK - A $100 million issue of Huntington National Bank bank notes, due Sept. 6, 1996, was priced at par to yield 6.02%, according to MCM CorporateWatch.

The underwriter, NationsBanc Capital Markets Inc., would not say at what spread above Treasuries the issue was priced.

The issue is callable quarterly with five days notice and is rated A1 by Moody's Investors Service Inc. and A by Standard & Poor's Ratings Group.

Delivery is scheduled for Sept. 6.

Huntington National Bank is a unit of Huntington Bancshares, Columbus, Ohio.
