OREM, Utah iLumin.com, a digital signature software developer, has laid off 50% of its work force and will move from Utah to Virginia, several sources with knowledge of the situation said.
Last year iLumin tested its Digital Handshake transaction-closing product with 50 companies, including Deutsche Bank and Bank of America Corp.
