CLEVELAND - To enhance its online services for small businesses, Key Bank has signed an agreement with Seattle-based TeamOn.com.
TeamOn provides a set of Web services for small businesses, including e-mail, calendars, document storage and sharing, and contact management. It says it aims to provide communication and collaboration tools to small businesses at a fraction of the cost of their setting up and managing their own networks and e-mail systems.
Under the co-branded service agreement, TeamOn becomes the exclusive e-mail and online office provider for Key Bank's online small-business center, providing customers with Key Bank-branded e-mail addresses as well as Web-based calendars, document sharing, and contact management.
