In Brief: KeyCorp Expands Planning Services

KeyCorp announced it has expanded the financial planning services it offers.

The Cleveland banking company said it now offers customers a continuum of services-from entry-level advice to estate planning -from 750 investment advisers, books, computer software, and the Internet.

Customers also have access to KeyCorp's proprietary mutual funds and Charles Schwab & Co.'s OneSource funds supermarket through Gateway Investment Services, the bank's broker-dealer.

"We are providing help and assistance to empower the consumer," said a KeyCorp spokeswoman. The bank wants consumers to have "any kind of financial planning help, regardless of the stage" of financial planning.
