NEW YORK — Moody’s Investors Service downgraded the long-term deposit rating for Farmers First Bank of Lititz, Pa., to “A3” from “A2.”

In a research note, Moody’s confirmed the “Baa1” rating for Farmers’ parent company, Susquehanna Bancshares of Lititz but put a negative outlook on all ratings because of its increased exposure to auto leasing and stiff competition.
