MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- National Commerce Bancorp said it closed its acquisition of First Mercantile Trust.
First Mercantile, , formerly a Memphis-based, privately held company, will continue to do business under the First Mercantile name as a wholly owned subsidiary of NCBC.
Terms were not disclosed.
National Commerce Bancorp. is a $15 billion-asset sales and marketing organization that delivers select financial and consulting services through a national network of banking affiliates and non-banking subsidiaries.
