Natwest Markets, the investment banking arm of London-based Natwest Group, has hired Debora Bronston as a managing director and director of research for U.S. equities.
She will be based in New York and report to Edmond Warner, global head of research.
Ms. Bronston, 39, was previously a managing director and associate director of research at Prudential Securities.
Natwest Markets also announced the appointment of Tom Lundie, 49, as chief financial officer, based in London. He will start August 18, and report to Richard Delbridge, Natwest Group's CFO and new chief executive of Natwest Markets.
Martin Owen retired as Natwest Markets' chief executive last month following a $130 million loss in March due to unauthorized options trading.
