WARREN, Pa. Northwest Savings Bank has acquired Heritage Trust Co., an Erie investment management and trust company, from Heritrust Corp.
The deal brings the assets under management at $3.7 billion-asset Northwest Bancorp to nearly $400 million. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Heritage was founded in 1992.
