ALEXANDRIA, Va. - Prestwick Mortgage Group is brokering the servicing rights on $595 million of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac loans for an unidentified commercial bank.
About 37% of the loans are secured by properties in Georgia. Bids are due to Prestwickon Wednesday, Oct. 4.
The Cleveland-based bank is projecting steady growth in net interest income even as credit losses remain manageable. But Chairman and CEO Chris Gorman also said that he thinks a recession is likely.
