ATLANTA - S1 Corp. said it is working with Overseas-Chinese Banking Corp. to introduce Asia's first Internet-only bank.
Singapore-based Overseas-Chinese Banking will host transactions for its Internet bank at S1's data center in Singapore. Overseas-Chinese Banking, with $32.7 billion of assets, said it will invest $600 million in the Internet bank, which will be called finatiQ and is expected to open in April 2001.
FinatiQ customers will have access to products from a number of financial providers and to bill payment and presentment.
