COLUMBUS, Ohio - e-Banc LLC, a one-stop technology shop for financial institutions seeking to offer electronic banking, has hired Paul Jameson as its chief executive officer.
Mr. Jameson was vice president of North American Banking for CapGemini Ernst & Young. Earlier he was president of Fiserv InformEnt, a customer relationship management and data warehousing software business. He has worked 18 years in the financial services field.
e-Banc, which is scheduled to open by yearend, is a stand-alone venture supported by equity investments from Huntington Bancshares, Compaq Computer Corp., Corillian Corp., and Science Applications International Corp.'s Broadway & Seymour Group.
The company will offer customer relationship management software, a business-to-business marketplace infrastructure, and Internet banking software.
