AUSTIN, Tex. - Q Up, an S1 company, has developed an online project tracking tool that is intended to let its employees and clients track the progress of Internet banking installation projects.
The Web Enabled Project Navigator will also let supervisors check that their employees have completed their work in the process.
"To do a complete installation of an Internet banking system, there are typically 212 steps that have to be completed," said Gregg Bennett, senior vice president for customer support. Most clients are not aware of the complexity of such projects, he said.
Q Up, which markets to banks with less than $10 billion of assets, has 23 employees in the Internet banking installation division and more than 400 customers.
