NEW YORK - UBS Warburg has named Kenneth D. Moelis managing director and co-head of investment banking for the Americas, the company announced Tuesday.
Mr. Moelis is co-head of investment banking in the Americas for Credit Suisse First Boston.
Mr. Moelis will join the UBS AG unit upon satisfaction of his obligations at Credit Suisse, a UBS press release said. No firm date has been set.
