In Briefs: DLJ Hires Banker For Latin Companies

Janice Ingram has joined Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette as a vice president in the firm's international investment banking company.

Ms. Ingram, 37, will be based in DLJ's New York headquarters and will concentrate on raising capital for and giving financial advice to Latin American companies.

Before joining DLJ, Ms. Ingram worked at Lazard Freres & Co., where she headed the emerging markets corporate finance division. Before joining Lazard, she had been a vice president in the mergers and acquisitions group at Drexel Burnham Lambert.
