June Home Resales Fell to Ten-Year Low

Sales of previously owned U.S. homes fell in June to the lowest level in a decade, the National Association of Realtors said Thursday.

Resales dropped 2.6% from May, to a lower-than-forecast 4.86 million annual rate, the trade group said. The median home price dropped 6.1% from a year earlier, to $215,100.
