MBIA Inc. yesterday declared a regular quarterly dividend of 26 cents per share, payable on July 15 to shareholders of record on June 25.
MBIA Inc. is the holding company of Municipal Bond Investigators Assurance Corp., the largest bond insurer, and its foreign subsidiary, MBIA Assurance SA. Both MBIA Corp. and MBIA Assurance have triple-A claims-paying ability ratings from Moody's Investors Service and Standard & Poor's Corp.
On the New York Stock Exchange yesterday, shares of MBIA Inc. closed unchanged at 59 7/8.
