Statewide Financial Corp. of Jersey City has given senior vice president Bernard F. Lenihan the additional titles of corporate secretary and head of corporate shareholder relations.

He remains chief financial officer of the holding company and of its Statewide Savings Bank. Mr. Lenihan succeeds Augustine F. Jehle, a senior vice president who retired Jan. 31.

Mr. Jehle turned over his duties as director of human resources and risk management to Barbara Amorino, who was promoted to bank vice president from assistant vice president. Ms. Amorino joined Statewide in 1995 after 20 years in operations and human resources at J.P. Morgan & Co. in New York.
