Paul G. Clark has been appointed executive vice president of corporate banking at National City Bank, Cleveland.

Mr. Clark manages the Metro/Ohio division of the bank's corporate banking group and oversees a group of lenders who manage corporate relationships throughout northeastern Ohio.

Mr. Clark, who joined the bank in 1976, was promoted to senior vice president of corporate banking in 1989. For a nine-month period during 1991 and 1992, Mr. Clark led the retail project during Vision, the corporation's cost-restructuring program.
