NASHVILLE - Genesco Inc. said it has entered into a three-year credit agreement with seven banks, led by Nations-Bank of North Carolina as agent.
Also in the lending group are First National Bank of Chicago as co-agent, First American National Bank, Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, Third National Bank in Nashville, First Union Bank of Tennessee, and Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corp.
The agreement replaces a $45 million revolving credit and $25 million letter of credit facility. It gives Genesco, a Nashville-based consumer products company, up to $ 100 million of revolving loans or letters of credit.
