NCR Corp., Dayton, Ohio, introduced software that helps users design, implement, execute, and manage business processes in a client/server environment.
Called the ProcessIT, the system provides a suite of Windows-based tools to model and manage the workflow. It automatically routes work based upon an organization's policies and procedures.
The software is available as a stand-alone package that can then be integrated with any new or existing Windows or Unix application. Applications can be performed locally or launched on existing mainframe systems. A typical 30-user configuration is priced at about $1,245 per user.
