N.C.'s Triangle Names Finance, Credit Chiefs as Executive VPs

Triangle Bank, Raleigh, N.C., has promoted its chief financial officer and chief credit officer from senior vice president to executive vice president.

The finance chief, Debra L. Lee, joined the bank in 1991 as vice president and comptroller.

The credit chief, Steven R. Ogburn, joined in 1992 as senior vice president of credit administration.

The bank also promoted Susan L. Fonville, Malcolm F. Forde, and Walter G. Rogers to senior vice president.

Ms. Fonville joined the bank in 1993 as vice president of sales and marketing.

Mr. Forde was hired a year ago as director of human resources. He had been the assistant superintendent for Scotland County Schools in Laurinburg, N.C.

Mr. Rogers, special assets administrator, joined Triangle in 1990 as vice president and lending officer in its Fuquay-Varina office. He had been president and chief executive of Community First Bank, Winter Garden, Fla.
