Oregon Bankers Names Executives

The Oregon Bankers Association, Salem, said W. Charles Armstrong has been elected chairman of its board.

Mr. Armstrong is chairman and chief executive officer of Bank of America Oregon, Portland.

Chairman-elect of the association is Cheri J. Folk, president and chief executive officer of Bank of Astoria.

John H. Rickman, executive vice president of U.S. Bank, Portland, has been elected vice chairman of trade group. Elected secretary-treasurer was J. Bruce Riddle, president and chief executive officer of Pacific Continental Bank, Eugene.

Elected as board members were:

*Dallas Enger, president and chief executive officer of Linn-Benton Bank, Albany.

*Thomas K. Grove, president and chief executive officer of Oregon Pacific Banking Co., Florence.

*E. George Koffler, president and chief executive officer of Bank of Eastern Oregon, Heppner.

*Pete Landis, executive vice president, U.S. Bank, Portland.

*Terry Tracy, executive vice president, Key Bank of Oregon, Portland.
