PNC Bank Corp. Names Executives

PNC Bank Corp., Pittsburgh, has rehired John Taylor and named him executive vice president and market manager of corporate banking for the Ohio-Northern Kentucky region.

Mr. Taylor returns to PNC after working 18 months as executive vice president and regional chairman in Louisville, Ky., for Firstar Corp. of Milwaukee.

He began his career in 1984 at Central Trust Co. in Cincinnati, which was bought by PNC in 1997. He held various posts at the company and was promoted to head of corporate lending for PNC's Ohio-Northern Kentucky region in 1995.

The corporate banking unit is a part of $69 billion-asset PNC Bank Corp that delivers products and advice to large and midsize companies.
