ROSLYN SAVINGS Bank, Roslyn, N.Y., named its president, Joseph L. Mancino, to the additional post of chief executive officer.
Mr. Mancino, who began his career with the bank in 1960, succeeds Floyd N. York. Mr. York, who retired in June, will remain on the board of trustees.
