South Indiana Bank Reelects Chairman, Taps Vice Chairman

Community Bank of Southern Indiana, New Albany, reelected C. Thomas Young to be chairman of its board.

Mr. Young, chairman since 1991, is a lawyer at Young, Lind, Endres and Kraft in New Albany. He is also a director of Heritage Bank, another subsidiary of Community Bank Shares of Indiana.

Gary L. Libs, president and chief executive of both Libs Paving Co. in Floyds Knobs and Asphalt Supply Co., Jeffersonville, was elected vice chairman of the New Albany bank unit.

In addition, Edward Pinaire retired from the boards of the parent company and its New Albany unit after reaching the mandatory retirement age of 70. He was appointed special counsel to both boards.
