CINCINNATI -- Star Banc Corp. said Samuel Cassidy, president and chief executive officer of its Star Bank affiliate, will retire Dec. 31.
The company said Mr. Cassidy, who is executive vice president of the parent company, will remain on the boards of both Star Bank and Star Banc Corp.
Star Banc Corp. chairman, chief executive officer, and president Jerry Grundhofer will replace Mr. Cassidy at Star Bank, the company said.
