State Savings Co.Of Ohio NamesAriz. Unit CEOAs Its Chairman

State Savings Co., Columbus, Ohio, said it plans to name David E. Reese to the new post of chairman, effective June 1.

Mr. Reese, currently vice chairman, is also chairman and chief executive of the company's Arizona subsidiary.

Harvey L. Glick, Stephen J. Kambeitz, and Mark K. Milligan will become executive vice presidents of State Savings Bank, Columbus. They will constitute the newly created office of the president, which will assume the responsibilities of current president Allan B. McFarland. Mr. McFarland, who is expected to retire effective June 30, will remain as a director.

In addition, the thrift appointed five senior vice presidents: Paulette Y. Reid, Carl D. Salyers, R. Michael Shannon, Warren W. Tyler, and Page M. Vornbrock. Those five and the three executive vice presidents will make up the thrift's management committee.
