Central Bank of Monroe, La., has signed a long-term agreement to license software and services from Systematics Financial Services Inc., Little Rock, Ark.
Central Bank, with assets of $770 million, operates branches in 21 locations in Louisiana.
Systematics will help the company reengineer its business processes in an effort to improve customer service and implement some client-server tools in the branch.
