Web-based customer information management system from New Era of Networks Inc., and ClientScape, its contact management software.
The investment banking arm of Frankfurt-based Dresdner Bank Group wanted a system that would provide it with a "single view of the client," said Simon Virgo, business manager for the project.
Dresdner Kleinwort Benson said it also liked Neon Rapport because it could be deployed globally, and for its equities module. The system is being used in 16 of the investment bank's offices worldwide to support its global client data base for equities.
Mr. Virgo said other systems were "too generic," and Craig Goulding, a project manager at Dresdner Kleinwort Benson, said Neon Rapport was chosen for its consistency and "Web-centric view."
The system supports client management, call reporting, road show management, deal management, and automated alerting on a global scale.
