Quadravision Communications Ltd., a developer of interactive financial sites on the World Wide Web, has made its first foray into on-line investing.

The Toronto-based company worked with Green Line Investor Services, a Toronto-Dominion Bank affiliate, on its discount brokerage site. Along with an on-line trading service, it includes comprehensive listings of U.S. and Canadian securities and options and 570 mutual funds available through the broker.

Toronto-Dominion Bank's Web address, www.tdbank.ca, one of the biggest sites in banking, has a link to the discount brokerage's www.greenline.ca.

In addition to Toronto-Dominion, Quadravision's client list includes Fleet Financial Group, PNC Bank Corp., and New York Life Insurance Co.

Discount brokerage is one of several Internet firsts for Quadravision, said president John Long. Others included "the first on-line loan approval system and the first fully personalized, relationship-based site."
