EZCorp Inc. of Austin said Thursday that it has agreed to acquire 15 pawnshops in Colorado operated by Pawn One Inc. for $23 million.
The stores operate under the Jumping Jack Cash brand. EZCorp said it expects the deal to close in June. It is already the biggest pawnbroker in Colorado, with 24 stores.
