Credit Suisse Group AG, Instinet Europe Ltd. and Getco Holding Co. LLC's Europe division were fined a total of 4.2 million pounds ($6.4 million) by the U.K.'s financial regulator for trade-reporting failures.
The three firms did not provide transaction reports "promptly and correctly" to the U.K. Financial Services Authority, the regulator said Thursday. Firms must submit data by the close of business on the day after executing a trade.
