DECATUR, Ala. -- BNF Bancorp said its stockholders approved the institution's acquisition by Union Planters Corp.
BNF stockholders will receive 1.078 Union Planters common shares for each BNF common share. BNF stockholders also will receive a cash payment for any fractional shares resulting from the exchange.
