Visa Hires Chief of Strategy

Visa Inc., the world's largest electronic payments network, announced Wednesday that it has hired Oliver Jenkyn as global head of strategy and corporate development, succeeding Rupert Keeley.

Jenkyn joins Visa from McKinsey & Co.'s San Francisco office, where he was a partner and helped lead the firm's North American payments and retail banking practices, the San Francisco card network said. Before joining McKinsey he worked in Bain & Co.'s private-equity group.

Keeley was appointed group president of Visa's Asia-Pacific and Central Europe-Middle East-Africa regions.
