Larry N. Volk has joined the National Council of State Housing Agencies as its director of program and policy development, the council announced last week.
Before joining the council, Mr. Volk was a principal with the Hamilton Securities Group. He has also held several positions at the Housing and Urban Development Department, including acting director of the office of evaluation.
Mr. Volk succeeds James L. Logue 3d, who left the council to become the executive director of the Michigan State Housing Development Authority.
