WACHOVIA BANK of North Carolina, Winston-Salem, has elected William Cavanaugh 3d and Wyndham Robertson to its board of directors.
Mr. Cavanaugh is president and chief operating officer of Carolina Power and Light Co., Raleigh. Miss Robertson is vice president for communications of the 16-campus University of North Carolina. She is based in Chapel Hill.
