Women's Center Taps N. Lauder Of 1st Chicago For President

Norma Lauder, a First Chicago NBD Corp. senior vice president and corporate director of taxes, was elected president of the board of directors of the Women's Business Development Center.

Ms. Lauder is responsible for First Chicago's worldwide corporate taxes. Before joining the company in 1986, she was vice president of taxes at Beatrice Cos. and earlier was a partner at Arthur Andersen & Co.

The women's center is a nonprofit business assistance organization, co- founded in 1986 by Hedy Ratner and Carol Dougal.
