Women's Site to Offer LendingTree via PNC

PNC Bank and LendingTree Inc. have formed an alliance that will give consumers more loan options when they visit the on-line banking center that PNC is forming with iVillage Inc.

PNC and iVillage this month agreed to create a banking center for iVillage.com, the women's on-line network that has an estimated 7.3 million visitors a month. PNC's two-year agreement with LendingTree will give iVillage users access to the more than 90 national and regional lending institutions that offer loans through the Web network.

Lending Tree is an on-line loan marketplace that connects consumers to a network of lenders that compete for their business. PNC is a member of the Lending Tree network.

People who visit the PNC banking center on iVillage.com will be able to shop for home mortgages, home equity loans, automobile financing, and personal loans.

After completing a single form, they can receive up to four loan offers through Lending Tree.
