Contract Signings

Corillian Corp., the Beaverton, OR-based provider of Internet solutions for the financial services industry, will offer Santa Clara, CA-based CyberBills Inc.'s Total Bill Management service with the Corillian Voyager eFinance Suite. The CyberBills private-label service on Voyager allows banks to give customers the ability to view, manage, and pay all their bills-both paper and electronic-via the Internet using CyberBill's paper bill scanning technology.

Corillian also struck a deal with e-Profile-a subsidiary of financial software solutions provider Sanchez Computer Associates, Malvern, PA-to offer financial service institutions an outsourced, end-to-end banking product. With the combined solution, consumers can access both Corillian's Voyager and e-Profiles' Profile/Anyware services where a variety of features like bill payment and mortgage shopping will be available.

Data Broadcasting Corp., a Hayward, CA-based provider of real-time financial market data to traders and investors, will offer its eSignal live data feed to clients of brokerage company ClearTrade Commodities, Chicago. ESignal delivers real-time financial data via the Internet using technology that continuously updates data at users' workstations.

VIFI, an Indianapolis-based provider of Internet-based products for the financial services industry, has entered a non-exclusive agreement with Atlanta-based electronics payments processor CheckFree Corp. in which VIFI customers can select CheckFree to perform their electronic billing and payment activities with VIFI's BillPayer e-bill payment product.

Spectra Portfolio, a portfolio analysis tool designed by New York-based Spectra Securities Software Inc.-suppliers of wealth management software solutions to brokerage, banking, and insurance companies-was selected by Toronto-based Yorkton Securities Inc. for its entire sales force to ensure its clients access to wealth management services.

West Coast Bancorp, a bank with offices throughout Oregon and Washington, has chosen the Internet banking solution by Calabasas, CA-based Internet-based solutions provider Digital Insight Corp. Digital Insight's AXIS suite will be used to offer the bank's customers full-service Web banking, including balance inquiries and funds transfer.

Orlando, FL-based Phoenix International Ltd. Inc.-makers of enterprise-wide client/server application software for financial services firms-has signed long-term contracts with three U.S. clients to implement the Phoenix System client/server information processing system. The clients include AGE Federal Credit Union, Albany, GA; Coast Bank of Florida, Bradenton, FL; and Two River Community Bank, Shrewsbury, NJ.

Online Resources & Communications Corp.-the McLean, VA-based Internet banking services company-will offer to its clients an outsourced, Web-based cash management solution for commercial accounts with the products of Newton, MA-based Politzer & Haney.
