Consumer Financial Network Inc. has named Caroline Vanderlip its executive vice president of marketing.

Ms. Vanderlip previously was chief executive officer of New York-based Caravan Media Partners, a consulting firm she created.

In her new job she oversees a $10 million advertising campaign for, a consumer Web site that aggregates financial products.

She also is responsible for product management and Web design and implementation.

Consumer Financial Network, a subsidiary of iXL Enterprises Inc., offers products from 55 providers of financial products and services through, which was launched Oct. 4, the same day the ad campaign began.

Before heading Caravan Media, Ms. Vanderlip was CEO of Softbank Interactive Marketing and president of AT&T Personal Online Services Group.

She has also held management positions at NBC and CNBC.
