FolioDynamix, a New York company that sells unified managed account technology and services to financial services companies, has announced its purchase of SunGard Advisor Technologies Inc.
The deal's terms were not disclosed in Monday's announcement. SunGard Advisor Technologies sells investment management programs and wealth management platforms to financial services companies.
FolioDynamix processes more than 3.5 million accounts daily and supports more than 12,000 advisers. SunGard Advisor Technologies was a unit of SunGard Data Systems Inc., a software and IT services company in Wayne, Pa.
