Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. announced Monday that Susan McGrath has joined the company as its corporate vice president and chief human resource officer.
She succeeded Elizabeth Brinkerhoff, who is retiring in May.
Ms. McGrath has 16 years of experience in human resources. She began her career at GE Capital. Later, she held key positions with Ernst & Young, LLP, GE Financial Guaranty Insurance Corporation and GE Capital's Auto Financial Services.
Most recently she worked at GE Commercial Finance as Vice President of Human Resources where she provided both domestic and international strategic HR leadership for the inventory financing business.
