CitiStreet, a retirement services joint venture of Citigroup Inc. and State Street Corp., said Wednesday that Wayne Finnegan, the former head of its core-market sales team, has returned to the company as the executive vice president of corporate sales.
Mr. Finnegan rejoined CitiStreet from Bisys, the New York outsourcing company where he spent three years as a senior vice president of business development, the retirement services company said.
He is to be a member of the company's operating and management groups, the company said, and will take responsibility for the strategic development of CitiStreet's corporate sales division. Previously, he had worked for 12 years in sales and product development at State Street and CitiStreet.
CitiStreet in Quincy, Mass., is one of the largest global benefits delivery companies in the United States, with more than nine million participants in its benefit plans. It administers about $215 billion of assets in the United States for defined contribution, defined benefit, and health and welfare plans of corporate, government, health-care, Taft-Hartley, and nonprofit organizations.
It also serves about one million participants and administers about $9 billion of assets outside the United States.
