National Investment Managers Inc., a New York pension plan administration and investment management company, said Friday that it had bought a Haddonfield, N.J., retirement planning firm.

National Investment Managers said it bought Stephen H. Rosen and Associates Inc. Mr. Rosen, the firm's founder and president, is to remain with National Investment Managers.

The New Jersey firm represents more than 550 retirement plans, with $800 million of assets under administration and management.
