UMB Financial Corp., a multibank holding company in Kansas City, Mo., has expanded its corporate trust and escrow services into the Indianapolis area.
Kim Wilson, formerly of Bank of New York Trust Co., was hired as a senior vice president to run the new corporate trust office and build the Indianapolis team, the company said Monday.
At Bank of New York Trust, Ms. Wilson developed corporate trust business in Indiana, southern Illinois, Missouri, Kansas, Arkansas, and Colorado.
UMB offers banking, asset management, health spending services and related financial services individuals and businesses. It has provided corporate trust services for more than 60 years and administers more than $28 billion in debt with more than 3,600 debt and escrow transactions.
